Stefan Göthager, the pioneer of Fibro Massage, has been a guest at our association a number of times. With his extensive knowledge of Fibromyalgi, Stefan is always able to convey his learning on controlling pain, especially with the help of Fibro massage. His lectures are informative and entertaining, combining aspects of mind and body associations. To forget the pain

DHR Falköping/ Tidaholm have a group called ?network pain?. This group meets every second week. We engage in different things to enjoy life and to forget the pain. Many a times we also sing together in a choir. Many in this group have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgi. During August 2007 we had the fortune to meet Stefan Göthagen, who gave a lecture on the subject Fibromyalgi and pain. Around 100 people attended this lecture and many of them expressed their interest to participate in a course in Fibro Massage under the guidance of Stefan. In end January?08 24 people participated in the course. Those who had Fibromyalgi had brought their partner, masseur or a friend, who was taught the right way to massage a person with Fibromyalgi. The lecture and the course were deeply appreciated and we are sending a big bunch of roses to Stefan as thanks for all the help and information. This has resulted in us, with Fibromyalgi, live easier lives !
